Basic knowledge of safe electricity use for filtering compensation devices


Electricity is a vital driving force for the national economy and is indispensable in contemporary family life. However, without understanding the knowledge of safe electricity use, accidents such as electrocution and electrical damage can easily occur, making "safe electricity use a matter of life".


1、 Safe Electricity Usage Notice


1. Safe use of electricity is everyone's responsibility to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.


2. Request for electricity usage, find an electrician for installation and repair: prohibit unauthorized connection of electrical equipment.


3. Temporary electricity usage requires resolving the electricity request procedures with the local power supply station; The electrical equipment and devices must comply with the requirements of the regulations, and can be powered on before passing the acceptance inspection; In the era of electricity consumption, there should be dedicated personnel to guard the pace of power measures, remove them immediately after use, and prohibit prolonged electrification.


4. It is strictly prohibited to change the operation method of the low-voltage system without authorization, use low-voltage routes to transport broadcasting or communication signals, and adopt methods such as "one phase, one ground" for electricity use.


5. It is strictly prohibited to set up private power grids for theft prevention, mouse catching, hunting, and fishing with electricity.

10. Prohibit blasting and quarrying in the vicinity of power lines, power equipment, and other electrical measures.


11. Prohibit approaching electric poles to dig pits or take soil; Prohibit tying livestock to electric poles; Do not damage the cable to prevent the pole from falling and breaking.


12. Prohibit hanging and drying clothes on power lines, and maintain a distance of at least 1.25m between the clothes (ropes) and the power lines.


13. Prohibit the installation of communication lines, broadcasting lines, and power lines on the same pole; Communication lines, broadcasting lines, and power lines should be clearly separated when entering households. 14. It is not allowed to build houses, dig wells, fields, stack firewood, plant trees and bamboo under low-voltage power lines.


15. When erecting scaffolding, repairing buildings, and cutting down trees near power lines and other electrical measures, approval must be obtained from the power department and precautionary measures must be taken.


16. Activities such as acting, watching movies, and attending gatherings and meetings should not exclude power lines and other electrical equipment to avoid electric shock and injury.


17. Teach children not to play pranks on electrical equipment, not to climb on poles, not to sway cables, not to climb transformer stands, not to play birds, fly kites, and engage in other actions that damage electrical equipment near power lines.


18. When inventing a broken power line, do not approach the location of the drop, and do not touch the broken wire. Separate the wire from the drop by 8 meters; And supervise the scene, immediately find an electrician to handle or declare the power supply station.


19. Invention: If someone is electrocuted, do not use your bare hands to pull the exposed parts of the person. The power should be disconnected as soon as possible and rescue should be stopped according to the "Emergency Rescue Protection Law".


20. Low voltage power lines that must cross rooms must maintain a vertical distance of 2.5 meters or more from the roof; The degree interval of buildings should be maintained at 1.25m or more.


21. When setting up TV antennas, they should be kept away from power lines; The minimum distance between the antenna pole and the nearest high and low voltage power line should be greater than 3.0m or more, and the net space distance between the antenna cable and the aforementioned power line should be greater than 3.0m or more.


22. Use household electricity to prevent unauthorized connection of power sources and use lamp heads with sockets.


When repairing electrical appliances or connecting indoor wires, users should first disconnect the power supply before proceeding.


24. When the user invents a broadcasting horn and makes strange noises, it is forbidden to move the equipment. The broadcasting power switch should be turned off first, and then an electrician should be hired to handle it.


25. When wiping the lamp head, switch, and electrical appliances, the power switch should be disconnected before stopping; When replacing the lamp bulb, stand on a dry wooden stool or other insulating material.


26. Invention of power lines and equipment causing malfunctions. 2、 How to prevent electric shock in daily life


1. Spontaneous compliance with safe electricity regulations.


2. The insulation of circuit wires and electrical equipment must be superior, and live parts such as lamp heads, sockets, switches, etc. should not be exposed to prevent human involvement in live parts.


3. Do not fight or manipulate electrical equipment with wet hands, and do not wipe live electrical appliances with a damp cloth.


4. Teach children not to play tricks on electrical equipment.


5. Do not cut off wires that have fallen to the ground, and do not approach grounded wires.


6. Before stopping electrical work, it is necessary to understand beforehand that there is no electricity.


7. Do not touch the screw mouth of the lamp head with your hands, do not pull out the bare ground wire with your hands, do not play tricks on live equipment, and do not indirectly pull the wire to insert the plug.


3、 How to deal with electric shock and chaos in emergency situations


1. Invention: When someone is electrocuted, the first step is to quickly separate the power source. Do not use your hands to pull the electrocuted person. Quickly disconnect the switch, cut off the power source, or use a dry wooden stick or bamboo pole to pick up the wire, or use an insulated object to block the wire.


2. Quickly move the electrocuted person with separated power sources to a ventilated and dry place, lie on their back, loosen their shirt and belt, check if they are breathing, and touch their carotid artery for any pulsation.


3. Implement accurate artificial respiration and chest compressions to stop on-site rescue. At the same time, call 120 to rescue De Lu Feng in real time and call medical staff to rush to the scene as soon as possible to stop seeking medical treatment. Before medical staff arrive, on-site rescue personnel should not abandon on-site rescue. It is strictly prohibited to administer cardiac stimulants to individuals who have been electrocuted.
